On June 22nd, 2022, first deputy minister of economy, Mr. Elnur Aliyev met with the participants of “Uğur yolu” competition. Senior Research Fellow of the Economic Modelling and Analytic Analysis Department of the Economic Scientific Research Institute Narmina Guliyeva also attended the meeting.

Greeting the participants, Mr. Elnur Aliyev provided information about “Uğur yolu” competition and wished success to the participants of the competition which will take place for the second time.

In his speech, he touched upon the goals of conducting “Uğur yolu” competition. According to him, the goals of the competition are the effective utilization of the potential of the employees of the Ministry of Economy, their comprehensive development and professional growth, the development of a new generation of managers and the establishment of a reserve personnel base made of specialists with high potential for senior management roles.

Also, the questions of the participants were addressed.  At the end of the meeting Deputy Head of the Human Resources Department, Nargiz Muradova answered questions about the competition, shed light on the date and time of the competition and extended her best wishes to the participants.
