On September 22nd, 2023 the next meeting of the Subgroup on the Improvement of International Rating Indicators (H index) in respect to scientific publications of the Human Capital Working Group of the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings of the Republic of Azerbaijan took place.
The online meeting was chaired by Deputy Minister of Science and Education, Head of the Working Group Idris Isayev.
Taking the floor, First Deputy Chair of the Board of the Economic Scientific Research Institute (The ESRI), Professor Arzu Huseynova voiced her views in respect to the activities carried out by The ESRI in regards to the Road Map and proposals regarding the organization of visits to progressive countries for the stimulation of scientific publications.
Head of the working group provided his remarks on the works done and future perspectives and gave his instructions.
In the end members of the working group raised their questions and put forward their proposals.
