On the 13th and 17th of October of 2023, the discussions on the sub-indicators of the Global Innovation Index where Ministries of Digital Development and Transport and Science and Education serve as the main implementing parties were discussed respectively in the Centre for the Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.
The First Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors of ESRI, Professor Arzu Huseynova, and junior research fellow of the Department for the Analysis of Economic Development Policy Habiba Jabbarova represented ESRI at the event.
During the discussions, the parties exchanged views on the reports on the Global Innovation Index, comparative analysis of the indicators as opposed to those from last year, implemented measures, and projects planned for the next report. Relevant decisions on the above-mentioned issues were made by the participants.
