A meeting was held between ESRI staff and the Turkish representative of "Brand Finance".

During the meeting, the parties discussed the possibilities of future cooperation.

On December 26, 2023, in Ankara, Türkiye, Afraim Mammadov, a Research Fellow of the Macroeconomic Policy Analysis Department of the Economic Scientific Research Institute (ESRI), Gunash Kamzaevi, a Research Fellow of the Digitalization, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Policy Analysis Department and Habiba Jafarova, a Junior Research Fellow of the Economic Development Policy Analysis Department visited Brand Finance, one of the world's leading brand evaluation companies. They met with the representative of Türkiye, Muhterem Ilgüner.

At the meeting, it was discussed in what format the evaluation of Azerbaijani companies can be carried out on the "Brand Finance" database and how Azerbaijan will form a position in international indexes using the influence of this evaluation.

Muhterem Ilgünar, in turn, shared his views on how brand evaluations are conducted and what gaps exist in the region in terms of data and statistics.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on future cooperation prospects in this field.
