ESRI representative gave a speech at the international symposium
Sabina Mammadli, Head of External Economic Relations at the ESRI, delivered a presentation at the “China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization International Symposium on Digital Technologies”.

"China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization International Symposium on Digital Technologies" was held in Karamay, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China on June 12-14, 2024.

At the symposium, which was attended by researchers and experts from a variety of scientific research institutions across Central Asia and China, Sabina Mammadli, Head of the Foreign Economic Relations Department at the Economic Scientific Research Institute (the ESRI), delivered a presentation on "Digital Leap: Governmental Policies and Social Adaptation."  

Sabina Mammadli provided a comprehensive overview of the "ASAN Service" model as one of the successful examples of digitalization, innovation, and social adaptation. She also shared insights on the implementation of "Smart Village" concept in the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan. She emphasized the importance of research on the socio-economic impact of digitalization in her speech.

Throughout the event, the ESRI representative exchanged views with other international experts and exploring prospects for future collaboration.

Concurrently, S. Mammadli represented Azerbaijan as an expert at the opening ceremony of the first "SCO Tree" Digital Technologies Training.
