On January 7, 2025, Shahin Sadigov, Chairman of the Board of the Economic Scientific Research Institute; Arzu Huseynova, First Deputy Chairman of the Board; Farhad Mikayilov, Head of Department; and senior researchers Rauf Musayev and Nigar Alasgarova met with Azer Mammadov, Senior Advisor to the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the Kalbajar District.

The meeting focused on the discussion of the socio-economic profile of the Kalbajar District, which was developed in accordance with the "Action Plan for Increasing Employment Opportunities in the Liberated Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2024-2026." Ideas were also exchanged regarding potential future collaborations.
