On June 10, 2022, Alvan Suleymanova, Acting Head of the Economic Modelling and Analytical Analysis Department of the Economic Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Economics made a comprehensive presentation on “Social Policy of the State: Modernization, Innovations and Reforms” during the seminar organized by Azerbaijan Academy of Labor and Social Relations for trade union staff members and activists.

The seminar dedicated to the topic of "Trade Union as a Social Institution" was organized for chairs and activists of the Oil and Gas Industry Trade Union Committee. A.Suleymanova discussed social policy and the system of related social services, the main outlines of social defense in relation to social policy in Azerbaijan, the connection of modernization on the basis of sustainable development, as well as based on the social and economic aspects and innovations, the position of our country in the human development index and the role of the industry in emerging directions and measures for creation of new jobs.
