On the 2nd of October 2022, Leading Research Fellow of the ESRI’s Science and Education Department Tarana Salifova participated in the conference titled "Green Transformation in Azerbaijan" within the framework of the UN initiative "Dialogues on Sustainable Development Goals".

The conference featured discussions on the extension of support to our country on the implementation of the “SDG Dialogue” initiative, “Azerbaijan 2030: National priorities for socio-economic development" and "Transformation of our world: the 2030 Agenda in the field of sustainable development" with the participation of stakeholders (government, private sector, civil society, international financial institutions).

Discussions were also held on accelerating and identifying new solutions for the "Green Transformation" in Azerbaijan. Recommendations were made on how people can adapt to the green transformation.
