She received higher education on specialty "Applied Mathematics" at the faculty of automation of production processes of Azerbaijan Petrochemical Institute named after M.Azizbekov;

In 2005, she defended her PhD thesis on "System of information support for research of scientific problems", and in 2016, she defended her doctoral thesis on "Improving the mechanism of innovation potential management in Azerbaijan";

Engineer-programmer of Transcaucasian ITI "Khazri", Head of AIS Department of "Azerjihaz" Administration of the Ministry of Material Resources, Head of Department of Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy Management under the Council of Ministers, leading engineer-programmer Azerbaijan State Economic University, First Deputy Director of Scientific-Innovation Center of ANAS. She also worked as Head of Department at the Research Institute of Economic Reforms (now Economic Scientific Research Institute) under the Ministry of Economy, Deputy Director of the Research Institute of Economic Reforms.  In 2019-2021, she served as interim director of the Institute;

She taught at Baku Ataturk High School, Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy Management, Western University, National Aviation Academy;

Currently she is working in Azerbaijan State Economic University at the Department of "Digital Economy and ICT" in the position of 0.5 full-time professor;

She is a member of the editorial board and editor-in-chief of several foreign journals, Expert of the International Center for Scientific and Technical Information (ICSTI);

Author of 9 books, more than 100 scientific articles and 3 certificates of authorship;

She is currently the first vice chair of the board of the Economic Science Research Institute (ESRI).
